This night we went to practice Finnish numbers … How? Well, playing Bingo at a bar 🙂 Besides the bar being a rather nice place to visit, they have Bingo every Tuesday. We’ve been told by others that they go every once in a while, but we couldn’t make it to any of those occasions yet. This night we went with our ‘intercultural communication” group (our team from one of our courses). You get one Bingo sheet for every drink. Gotta be careful though … apple cider is about EUR 5 …

The sheet has 3 squares with 25 numbers each. A woman draws random numbers from a tombola one after the other until someone has a bingo. There are prices to win that range from sweets to plastic race cars 🙂 First round is one horizontal row, second is two, etc. Getting a full square is pretty hard.

We got not a single Bingo right, but we had fun anyway 🙂 So maybe it will soon be us and Bingo again.
